Nourish Ultimate Electrolytes are a fully balanced electrolyte containing the key electrolytes lost in sweat.
Horses in work cannot replace the electrolytes lost in sweat from feed or forage alone. Therefore it is essential the diet is supplemented with a balanced electrolyte.
What’s in it?
The main key electrolytes: sodium, chloride, potassium, calcium and magnesium.
Ground Himalayan salt is a more natural choice known for its improved health benefits. The pink colour is a result of a higher trace mineral content.
Potassium chloride in a beautifully pure, natural and readily available source of potassium.
Magnesium phosphate as small quantities of magnesium are needed to replace losses which occur due to sweating.
Calcium is an important mineral for horses. It plays a crucial role in various bodily functions, including muscle relaxation, nerve transmission, blood clotting, and bone health, all of which are affected by the loss of electrolytes during exercise.
