Thunderbrook Herba Lite is a simple, forage-based chaff made from carefully selected meadow hay and oat straw, with the natural addition of mint and fennel seed for palatability. Naturally high in fibre and exceptionally low in sugar, starch and calories, it complements a forage-based diet without unnecessary ingredients.
Made from biodiverse UK meadows, Herba Lite reflects Thunderbrook’s philosophy of working with nature and keeping recipes simple. The meadow grasses are harvested with care to retain their natural character, while oat straw contributes additional fibre and texture.
Herba Lite can be fed alongside hay or haylage, mixed with supplements or balancers, or used as a partial forage replacer when needed. Its uncomplicated recipe makes it a versatile choice for everyday feeding. As with all natural forage products, slight seasonal variations in colour, texture and nutritional values are part of its natural character.
